  • Build a comprehensive end-to-end digital content strategy that spans across touchpoints and develop a creative asset planning framework to support the integrated communications planning and process. Develop content measurement framework to evaluate and assess the effectiveness and impact content.
  • Lead Content Studio and Content Services team and establish a solid workflow and process to manage content adaptation across eleven markets and drive market usage and adoption of service lines.
  • Lead the overall website content strategy and ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice and ensure that all content adds value and engages website visitors. Work with stakeholders on the website renovation.
  • Lead content creation across a variety of formats and support the execution of NPP AOA content and integrated search engine strategy and specifically increase SEO share of voice, reach and awareness of NPP brands and products. Support SEO agency on content strategy and production plans.
  • Develop and cascade social content strategy inclusive of content development and curation aligned with NPP AOA brand strategy and Nestl\xc3\xa9 social media guidelines (and local specific guidelines). Partner with digital platforms to build best in class social strategy in line with brand communication strategy to drive brand presence online.
  • Grow pet parent audiences with content recommendation and development to support NPP AOA data and CRM loyalty strategies to drive engagement, recruitment, and retention to grow life-time value of pet parents.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement content opportunities, partnerships, technology and initiatives to meet strategic business objectives. Stay abreast of market developments and monitor the competitive landscape to position NPP AOA as leader in engage pet parents with relevant content across pet life stages.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with appointed agencies and partners to promote and encourage best practices of content digital marketing.
What will make you successful...
  • Digital/Communications/Marketing Degree equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing &/or strategic planning, communications, media agency exposure
  • In depth knowledge of digital and data platforms as pertaining to content
  • Proven experience of driving brand performance in digital media
  • Experience leading teams as well as managing projects and budgets
  • Experience of optimization and testing through analytics and consumer behavior analysis
  • Agency Management and Brand management experience is ideal
