  • Develop comprehensive digital business and marketing strategy for online consumer and business segment revenue growth.
  • Prepare and execute short, medium-term digital operation plan based on business strategy and revenue target responsibility.
  • Plan and manage and optimize an integrated array of marketing programs across channels including paid advertising and social media platforms, SEO, affiliate programs, email marketing and in-product messaging programs.
  • Identify new opportunities by analyzing performance data, market data, trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape etc.
  • Monitor ecommerce and autorenewal billing performance and define areas for improvement.
  • Design and develop targeted marketing campaigns and experiments across standard and niche digital channels to explore new avenues and approaches to increase customer acquisition, engagement, customer lifetime value and brand presence.
  • Analyze and interrogate the digital acquisition and retention performance with actionable insights, identify areas for improvement and drive conversion optimization initiatives.
  • Be responsible for forecasting, online budget planning (including media planning and buying) and performance monitoring with regards to the budget allocation efficiency.
  • Lead and develop a team of digital specialists (locally & remotely) to proactively execute and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Partner with complementary regional and global teams to drive and execute effective performance marketing campaigns and demand generation programs aimed at achieving key company strategic goals.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Contribute to strategic planning of superior organizational unit and align the strategy of own organizational unit with the strategy of superior organizational unit.
  • Ensure efficient planning and use of funds of the relevant organizational unit.
  • Propose and implement improvements of processes and work procedures.
  • Make efficient decisions based on all available information and be responsible for them.
  • Ensure efficient communication and sharing of relevant information and actively support cooperation within the team and with other organizational units.
  • Be responsible for formulation and achievement of goals of subordinate organizational units within HQ and offices in compliance with divisional goals.
  • Set clear and realistic goals and expectations towards work performance within prescribed deadlines.
  • Manage, plan and delegate work to immediate subordinates and be responsible for performance of assigned tasks in accordance with established procedures and processes. Inspect work outputs, their quality and timely performance.
  • Provide regular feedback and evaluate work performance of employee (e.g., probation period, definite period, assessment interviews).
  • Ensure optimum planning of human resources, their substitutability and be responsible for attendance of team members. Cooperate with direct superior on planning for personnel and organizational changes.
  • Cooperate on new employee recruitment process.
  • In cooperation with immediate subordinate prepare their personal development plans, ensure relevant development and educational activities and support implementation of new knowledge and skills in practice.
  • Encourage immediate subordinates to take initiative and responsibility in task performance, engage them in the decision-making process in order to increase their involvement and motivation.
  • Actively look for and exploit opportunities for own development and education and share experience and professional knowledge with others.
  • Effectively and thoughtfully use entrusted resources (human and financial).
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or Growth Manager or similar position
  • Experience in planning, originating and executing advertising campaigns (Social, Display, PPC and Video) - Digital, Direct marketing, above the line and sales promotional, including demand generation/lead generation programs
  • Experience with digital software, SAAS or cloud solutions (b2c, b2b) preferred
