Regional Director, ASEAN - (2300008U)


The Regional Sales Director for ASEAN at Radware will be responsible for managing and developing a team of sales account executives and pre sales engineers to drive new business and revenue growth within the ASEAN region. This role involves collaborating with the sales leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies, plans, and programs aimed at achieving desired sales outcomes.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners, creating and executing sales strategies to increase market share, achieving sales targets, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15 years of sales experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role
  • Technical background in networking is an advantage, providing a deeper understanding of the products and services offered
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, engineering, business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.
  • Experience in the software or technology industry, especially in selling to enterprise customers.

  • At least 7 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the Networking or Cybersecurity/SaaS industry \xe2\x80\x93 A MUST
  • Demonstrated success in ASEAN territories in developing channel eco systems and direct sales \xe2\x80\x93 A MUST
  • Demonstrated success in developing and leading high-performing sales teams
    • Capability to train, coach, and motivate sales teams to meet or exceed their quotas.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of sales strategies.
  • Experience in creating project scopes and proposals, including deliverables, schedules, and budgets.

This role is crucial for driving Radware\'s business in the ASEAN region, requiring a candidate with a robust mix of technical understanding, business acumen, and leadership skills, particularly in sales, channel development, and team management.
