Vape Guardian provides smart vape detection and indoor air quality monitoring to help workplaces and schools keep people healthy, safe and focused. Our best in class hardware and software system detects vaping, drug use and anti-social behaviour. We are trusted across UK education and are expanding into offices and facilities management. Singapore will be our hub for APAC growth via distributors, resellers and installer partners.
The Opportunity
Own APAC new revenue, starting with Singapore, through a partner-first motion. Your number one mandate is to find, sign and activate channel partners who sell Vape Guardian into their portfolios, creating scalable growth. You will run a full cycle motion: recruit and enable partners, co-sell lighthouse wins, then standardise repeatable playbooks so partners independently generate demand and rollouts. Priority end customer segments sold via partners include Facilities Managers, Education, estates and building management, and compliance and H&S stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Build the reseller ecosystem. Identify, recruit and contract high fit distributors, resellers, FM providers and installers across Singapore and the region. Define partner tiers, incentives and territory coverage with a path to partner self-sufficiency.
Target end customers through partners. Equip partners to win in FM, Education, estates and building management, and compliance and H&S with clear ICPs, messaging and case studies.
Enable and co-sell. Train partners on product, positioning and ROI. Run joint discovery, demos, site surveys and trials. Craft proposals and business cases for estates and building management teams.
Win new logos via partners. Progress opportunities from first meeting to signature and rollout. Navigate multi-stakeholder buying across estates and FM, compliance and H&S, IT and finance.
Pilot to rollout. Design short, crisp free trial or pilot plans with clear success criteria, then convert to multi-site orders.
Forecasting and governance. Maintain
Monday.com
CRM hygiene and an accurate partner-sourced pipeline and forecast. Negotiate commercial terms that protect margin and brand.
Market development. Represent Vape Guardian at FM and PropTech events. Cultivate regional installer networks. Feed market insight into product and marketing.
Scale the function. Create repeatable playbooks and partner enablement assets. Mentor future hires and help set performance standards.
Communication and reporting. Meet remotely with UK leadership. Submit a concise weekly report summarising meetings, pipeline changes, trials and risks, with dashboard updates in Monday.com.

What You Will Bring
5 to 8 plus years of B2B new business experience in SaaS, IoT, PropTech or H&S, with a proven channel and reseller motion
Network or track record selling to FM, estates and building management and or via distributors, resellers and installers in Singapore and APAC
Credibility running complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Strong discovery, ROI and TCO building, objection handling and closing
Experience designing and operating pilot to rollout motions and accelerating time to first revenue for partners
Commercial acumen for partner agreements, pricing and protecting brand and value
Clear, confident communicator with strong proposals and C-suite presentations
Willingness to travel across Singapore and occasionally within the region as needed
Nice to have
Familiarity with IAQ metrics such as PM2.5 and PM10, CO?, VOC, temperature and humidity, compliance and H&S priorities in offices, and installer workflows. Exposure to public sector procurement and building management systems and integration.
Compensation and Commission, Plan A
Base: SGD 68,000
Variable: commission on hardware only, no recurring component, uncapped
Commission rate: 10 per cent of net hardware revenue after partner discounts and rebates
OTE guide: about SGD 76,000 when at plan
Payment timing: commissions payable on cash received from partner or reseller
Clawback: 30 day clawback window for returns, RMAs or failed deployments
Margin floor: commission payable only on deals meeting the company minimum blended margin
Attach expectation: software attach at 100 per cent on all partner-led deals, non-compensable but required for deal approval and forecasting

Vape Guardian detectors priced at [local currency pricing provided during quoting] with a flat monthly software fee per account, pricing shared in partner packs
Typical school installs use about six devices. For offices and FM estates the number scales by floor and cubicle layout
Install is often completed by in-house maintenance or partner installers. Training materials provided
Ways of Working
Hybrid. Mix of remote work and hot desk days, plus field travel for partner and customer meetings as required
Remote collaboration. Regular virtual meetings with UK leadership, alignment across Singapore GMT+8 and UK time zones when needed
Tools. Monday.com as CRM and reporting, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and a standard sales enablement stack
Governance. Weekly written update and Monday.com dashboard covering meetings held, pipeline changes, trial status, closed won and lost reasons, and the plan for the following week
