Job Description


Position Summary

This role will manage Samsung Dotcom & App Management for 8 markets in SEAO region. The scope includes managing brand compliance, content management and optimizing Organic search to ensure high quality traffic, customer engagement and high quality traffic on both website and app.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Manage Dotcom/App Content Publishing Services
Key objective is to drive consistency and efficient mechanism of content publishing operations

  • Formulate content strategies and best practices that provides enhanced user experience
  • Work closely with agency partners and ensure timely content publishing on Dotcom
  • Ensure proper management of local market requests and regular project reconciliation
  • AEM support during critical product launches
  • Work with UIUX stakeholders to ensure implementation of A/B tests
2. App Management and Governance
Key objective is to ensure management of app platforms in terms of content management reporting
  • Ensure timely updates on App content on Playstore/IOS
  • Management and resolution of ratings & reviews
  • App Store Optimization (ASO) and Implementation
  • App Reporting and Measurement
3. Search Engine Optimization (Dotcom & App)
Key objective is to drive quality traffic to our Dotcom and uplift eStore conversion rate
  • Collaborate with content & brand teams to optimize content for online & offline programs
  • Audit & Planning: Develop technical framework and work with agency stakeholders on periodic audits of pages
  • Content Strategy: Management of SEO driven content strategy on Dotcom
  • Implementation: Work with local market leads on SEO technical implementation for both onsite and offsite
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree is required, ideally in IT or Digital Marketing
  • 3-5 yrs. of work experience, experience in website operations for a Tech/Electronics/Finance or large advertising agency would be ideal
  • Proven track record of at least 3 yrs. in website management and implementation, SEO experience would be an advantage
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working on website management tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Proficient understanding on HTML, CSS and Javascript is a must
  • App Management experience is preferable \xe2\x80\x93 Playstore and iOS
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with different remote teams in a fast-paced environment
