An exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Regional Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading marketing communications activities which will enable the execution of regional segment initiatives and plans while collaborating with global, regional, and country teams.

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as marketing communications leader and focus on the Regional Marketing organization
  • Responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and management of a range of online and offline communication strategies and instruments targeting corporate, industry, and customer engagement, to promote the brands\' value and products
  • Manage day-to-day market communication activities related to product/service announcements and launches in conjunction with product management/technical teams
  • Develop and implement a bespoke communications strategy tailored towards the business segments and brands in cooperation with the product managers
  • In conjunction with specialized agencies create a digital agenda as well as adapt, improve, and optimize online channels (e.g. brand websites, social media channels, etc.), SEO, and SEA including (web) campaign development and data analysis
  • Setting up and optimizing campaigns across digital marketing channels in line with the digital marketing strategy
  • Ensuring campaigns are regularly reviewed in-flight and changes are effectively made and communicated. This includes the creation and execution of marketing promotion plans for existing and new product launches including sales tools, and sales portfolio presentations, ensuring they comply with brand guidelines
  • Develop the architecture for effective communication of brand and product-related materials enabling increased sales efficiency in cooperation with the product management and country teams
  • Create and disseminate brands, systems, products, and market trend information for the field organization to deliver a compelling story, also for country sales managers to aid effective deployment of the marketing mix
  • Ensure correct usage of brand elements, both internally and externally
  • Plan sales promotion events e.g. trade shows, customer gifts, point of sales materials, and training programs for all countries
  • Manage the preparation and drafting of various communications and compelling sales/customer-focused content; transform to digital content to ensure easy adaptation
  • Work with corporate communications teams and global teams on PR-related activities for regional implementation
  • Working closely with the BU Communications team on story creation, contributing to the annual media plan for specific industry publications, and developing/executing communication plans for the region
Experience
  • University degree (preferably science) and post-graduation in marketing preferred
  • Minimum 4-6 years of marketing experience in a commercial environment
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Years of experience with project management and hands-on skillsets with Microsoft Office programs and digital platforms
  • Team player with an open and energetic attitude; flexible to shift between tasks and responsibilities and can work independently; mindset to work under pressure
  • Comfortable with building relationships with key internal stakeholders across the company
  • Solid knowledge of content creation, marketing, and how to leverage, social, digital, comms, and PR within omnichannel campaign development
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, PPC, Digital/social media Ads, marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
