Job Purpose The e-Commerce Product Manager mandate is to accelerate Samsung.com business to increase market share and its contribution to overall Samsung business. The candidate is responsible to lead the definition, development and implementation of the Samsung.com strategy for LCD monitor products. . Role Overview The Ecommerce Manager must be passionate about advocating for the customer, has excellent product instincts, a passion for creating great experiences, a data-centric mindset, agile thinking, and the willingness to challenge the status quo.
The Ecommerce Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the strategy of Samsung.com and its digital and technology roadmap. S/he will be responsible to drive Samsung.com sales growth, improve & enhance overall online shopping experiences and align with the business\'s overarching strategy. . Roles & Responsibilities
S/he will be responsible to managing KPIs and revenue targets within Samsung.com and develop and execute various strategies and tactics to achieve such goals with Sales division and Corporate Marketing Team
Manage Samsung.com prices by monitoring other channels with the right pricing strategy
Plan commercial promotions / value added services and manage overall Samsung.com promotional calendar
Manage content publishing for all monitor products and optimize product catalog to improve sales
Coordinate with SCM managers to secure inventory/stock is aligned with sales/promotional plan to reduce out-of-stock rates
Execute and analyze activities to build traffic including paid media and improve conversion rate
Investigate and raise any issues related to operational/technical problems on Samsung.com
Collaborate closely with local and regional offices and partners across commercial, marketing, operations, content, finance, digital / IT, as well as with similar corporate departments based in Korea
. Job Requirements
3+ years of experience as a sales and marketing manager in ecommerce, preferably for DTC brands / retailers, with a proven track record in driving online sales / revenue growth
Prior experience driving conversion, average order value, lead gen, attach rates, and other KPIs related to ecommerce
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or other related field
Successfully worked in matrixed organizations where you have demonstrated ability to effectively communicate strategies and gain alignment with key stakeholders across departments, divisions, regions, and peers within cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills - ability to synthesize large amounts of data into an organized collection of information to gain new insights and develop new strategies
Strong business acumen; strategic and structured thinker with strong project management skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to build out and establish an agile digital product practice in collaboration with UX and Engineering
Business sense combined with a customer obsession, excellent capabilities of evaluating market opportunities
Communicates information in a concise and organized fashion; strong written communication skills
Excellent relationship building skills; collaborative
Fluent English language skill in written and verbal presentation
