Job Description
- Position : Regional Engineer (Building Automation/BMS Industry / Testing / Commissioning / Configuration)
- Location : International Business Park (Nearest MRT: Jurong East walking distance)
- Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 8.30 am-5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6000 + AWS + Medical/ Dental Allowance
- Duration : Perm
- Industry : INSTALLATION OF BUILDING AUTOMATED SYSTEMS FOR REMOTE MONITORING
- Supports the System Development Manager to research, design, implement and manage engineering process and infrastructure for new services and solutions for Digital Intelligent Building Management System in the Southeast Asia and India region.
- Plans, tests and evaluates engineering process for building management system (BMS) integration and infrastructure and identifies areas for modifications in the system for quality assurance.
- Creates engineering manuals and documents to deploy the developed products and solutions in the region.
- Trains, certifies and supports engineers in the region on developed products and solutions.
- Collects feedback from the internal and external stakeholders to make continuous improvement.
- A bachelor\'s degree in engineering; experience in lieu of a degree will be considered for the right candidate
- Basic knowledge of BMS, BMS communication protocol (BACnet and Modbus preferred) and IP network technology
- Minimum 5 years of BMS (SCADA preferred) engineering experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Knowledge on IoT, cloud system and Cybersecurity preferred.
