You will be supporting the Regional Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) team in preparing management reports which include financial analysis, planning and forecasting deliveries for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa markets (AMEA). You will be required to work closely with local finance counterparts in AMEA markets. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller – International (AMEA), your duties will include:

• Review of monthly results submission. This includes variance analysis of Net sales and operating costs as well as balance sheet movements
• Review of quarterly re-forecasts and yearly budgeting submission
• Collate and review quarterly compliance documentation (RCM)
• Work with local finance teams to ensure timely, complete and accurate submissions
• Identify performance variances and net sales/ profit drivers of each market
• Prepare dashboards and generate reports for management analysis
• Review of yearly statutory books reconciliation
• Identify areas of improvement within FP&A, suggest efficient solutions and implement them
• Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by your supervisor

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
