Managing the entire spectrum of accounting tasks, encompassing full set of accounts, month-end closing procedures, and the preparation of statutory accounts.
Debit and credit notes, and recording entries into the accounting system.
Reviewing and processing staff claims, suppliers\' invoices, and facilitating timely payments.
Review timesheet submissions and generating management fee recharges on a quarterly basis.
Creating monthly expense schedules, maintaining the fixed asset register, bank reconciliations, and similar tasks.
Compiling treasury reports, including cash forecasts, to ensure prudent financial management.
Preparing corporate income tax filings, GST returns, and providing support for Withholding Tax matters as needed.
Generating monthly local and regional management reports, coupled with variance analysis.
Ensuring the timely submission of monthly reports to both our Headquarters (HQ) and Regional Headquarters (RHQ).
Overseeing the statutory audit conducted by external auditors.
Coordinating with tax advisers to facilitate annual tax computations and address various tax-related issues.
Assisting in the Budgeting and reforecasting processes to support our financial planning efforts.
Providing support for additional ad-hoc assignments and various accounting-related functions as required.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting or equivalent
3 years of relevant experience
Proficient with SAP for accounting
