Regional Finance Manager
Job Description
a) Overseeing the entire reporting, finance and accounting operations of the Group, ensuring all financial statements are prepared in accordance to the respective country's accounting standards and reporting timeline
b) Manage finance & accounting teams in all local and oversea subsidiaries
c) Manage the preparation of financial analysis, with focus on financial KPI's as set by the operations, for discussion with the management team.
d) Responsible for internal controls and review periodically to ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements
e) Liaise with sponsor, auditors, bankers, government authorities, corporate secretarial agent, tax agent etc.
f) Take charge of the Group's financial strategy with regards to budgeting, planning and analysis
g) Looking at the Group's top and bottom line, and implementing strategies to reduce costs through improving efficiency. Lead the group and country statutory audit & compliance
