Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing industry, with their regional office based in Singapore. As the business continues to evolve, they are looking for a

Regional Finance & Reporting Analyst

to be part of their high-performing team.

Your Key Responsibilities

Consolidation & Management Reporting

Partner with local finance teams to prepare monthly, budget, forecast, and long-term consolidated financial statements. Develop and maintain business performance reports and analytical dashboards for management. Prepare financial ratios, trend analyses, and presentation materials for management and board meetings.

Statutory & Compliance

Coordinate with local entities to ensure timely completion of external audits and statutory reporting packs. Support transfer pricing documentation by consolidating information across regional teams. Maintain finance-related corporate secretarial documents and contracts to ensure compliance.

Data & Pricing Analysis

Collaborate with the Sales and Finance teams to manage product and transfer pricing updates within the ERP system. Conduct price chain and profitability analyses using the latest cost data. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.

Projects & Systems Enhancement

Participate in finance system upgrades (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Power BI dashboards) and help improve reporting efficiency. Provide proactive support to finance and cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects and process improvements.

Key Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Ideally 3 years' experience in finance, reporting, or audit-related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP and Business Intelligence tools is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and regions.
