We are Mandated to hire an experienced and driven individual to join the team as a Regional Head for the South-Karnataka, AP & Telangana region. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8 years of Digital Content & Ad Sales experience, particularly in Online Media Sales. The primary responsibility of the Regional Head will be to lead and manage the sales efforts in the designated region, fostering relationships with digital media agencies, media buyers, and direct advertisers to drive revenue growth. This role is based in Bangalore and requires a dynamic professional with exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Responsibilities * Utilize your strong network and relationships within the digital media landscape, including agencies, buyers, and direct advertisers, to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate expertise in content ideation and storytelling to effectively communicate the value of building brands through digital platforms.
  • Independently close branded content campaigns, combo deals (Digital + TV), and content syndication agreements, showcasing your negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Analyze market trends and provide valuable insights to shape business development initiatives and sales strategies.
  • Drive brand integrations within video content and spearhead sponsorship sales for exclusive content.
  • Take charge of managing the sales pipeline, proactively working towards achieving monthly revenue targets.
  • Lead the acquisition of new clients through proactive outreach and engagement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and agencies to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and presentation skills, effectively conveying concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
