~ Basic up to $6500 (depends on experience) ~ AWS & VB ~ Central Job Responsibilities: * Responsible for the full functions of HR inclusive of performance management, compensation and benefits, Basic up to $6500 (depends on experience) AWS & VB Central Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the full functions of HR inclusive of performance management, compensation and benefits, staff welfare and etc for Singapore and other APAC countries In charge of establishing proper HR systems, policies, handbooks, and programs to enhance organizational development both in local Singapore and ASEAN countries. Management and review of compensation and benefits schemes and salary benchmarking to attract and retain talents/personnel To review and improve the current HR process, to propose and implement new processes if necessary. To ensure smooth implementation of the performance management system including goal setting, performance appraisal, and bonus computation. Handle employee relations including promotion, transfer, demotion, resignation, retirement, counseling, staff grievances, and discipline Additional Information: 2-4 years of regional HR experience is required Experience in payroll processing is required (To cover urgent situations) We regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
