An exciting HR Manager opportunity has recently opened at a major insurance company. Our client is ranked as one of the Top 10 Global insurance groups and awarded the Best Insurance Employers 2021. The Regional Office in Singapore has grown over the years and they are looking to expand their team with a recently created HR Manager role. This is an amazing opportunity for experienced HR managers who will report directly to the Head of HR APAC based in Singapore. They are seeking individuals who are innovative thinkers with strong business acumen and the ability to manage complex priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to oversee people-related matters by being aware of their requirements and business challenges
• Assist executives in identifying gaps and strengthening organisational competencies to support corporate strategy
• Raise awareness of the DEI program, staff engagement, and other company activities
• Work jointly with Regional HR to implement local/international initiatives to fit local laws and business climates
• Conduct business analysis and presenting insights to management for evaluation through collection of data
• Facilitate employee engagement, onboarding, offboarding, and L&D feedback surveys.

Who Do We Look For?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/HR/Psychology disciplines
• At least 5 years of HRBP experience (Experience in insurance or financial industry will be an advantage)
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence employees across different levels
• Open-minded and passionate about continuous improvements
• Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous to details
