Job Description
Our Client is a SGX Listed company in Hospitality industry. They are looking for a HR Director to assist their HR team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the Central \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible .
Job Duties of HR Director:
- Responsible for the execution of day-to-day HR operations payroll, talent acquisition, training & development and talent retention strategies
- Involve in organization\'s compensation and benefits including salary structure reviews, bonuses and incentives
- Maintain continuous employee engagement & employee relationship to ensure alignment of company policy and expectations
- Formulate strategic business plans and HR policies to meet Company\xe2\x80\x99s manpower needs
- Coordinate with various departments to forecast future hiring and operational needs
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Min Degree with at least 10 years of working experience in relevant industry
- Possess regional exposure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
