It is against this exponential growth that the client is looking for a Regional HR Director to join the team and take helm of driving strategic HR strategies and directives across their markets.
Reporting to the Global HR Director and managing a team of HR professional, the Regional HR Director will be the trusted partner to the leadership team where he/she will conceptualise, advice and execute HR strategies and initiatives to support their growth trajectory. The HR Director must have the commercial acumen and flexibility to understand, analyse and pre-empt any business insights, challenges and/or complexity of market conditions, and provide the necessary HR interventions. Amongst their HR strategies and projects, there will be a focus on their talent pool, which includes talent development, future/talent engagement and the talent \xe2\x80\x9creadiness\xe2\x80\x9d, to maintain their \xe2\x80\x9cEmployer of Choice\xe2\x80\x9d status globally.
The Successful Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have a track record in supporting and driving a high growth and fast paced organization within Technology, Consumer Products or similar industry. As a proven HR leader with at least 15 years of leadership experience, you have a broad knowledge of HR capabilities and best practices, coupled the ability to develop and execute insightful and meaningful HR roadmap and/or initiatives to support an evolving and entrepreneurial organisation. You possess strong consultancy skills to influence and advise a diverse leadership team, and to drive a high performance culture and excellence in the HR organisation. You build strong relationships at all levels across the organisation, a team player and mentor/coach who possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
