Our client is an established leader in the FMCG industry, as a Regional HR Generalist. Help to bring best-in-class HR services to support the rapidly growing business across South East Asia.Key Responsibilities:As a Regional HR Generalist, you will work closely with the HR Manager to implement and enhance HR strategies and initiatives across the region. Your role will include, but is not limited to:

  • HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and implementing conflict resolution strategies.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems and provide support to managers in performance management practices.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR reports to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Payroll : Process payroll and benefits for Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam markets. Timely tax reporting, insurance renewal to ensure benefits are competitive against each market\'s standards, and accurate submission of compensation data for Mercer & WTW annual surveys.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws in South East Asia.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
