Regional HR IT & Process Services Manager (Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa) Snapshot of Your Day Working in a regional and diverse team, also interfacing with colleagues fro Regional HR IT & Process Services Manager (Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa) Snapshot of Your Day Working in a regional and diverse team, also interfacing with colleagues from other regions and global, you will be responsible for driving change initiatives in the HR IT and HR business process landscape within your region. You will also at the same time ensure business as usual operations run efficiently and effectively. You will also be a key contact for global colleagues ensuring the needs of the region are considered, subsequently actively supporting more regional / local colleagues with the required changes. How You will Make an Impact . A 'HR IT & Process Services Manager' is a kind of 'swiss army knife' for various topics in the HR process and application space. . Driving change initiatives in area of responsibility, often across several/all HR functions and involving (senior) business leaders . Support of other HR IT / Business Process initiatives, e.g. contributing regional or topic expertise and aspects, orchestrating roll-out in assigned countries etc. . Owning several regional/local HR-related applications and act self-sufficiently as product owner, incl. alignment with IT, management of interfaces, development of product strategy, change management, roll-out (in case...), budget, etc . Work closely with the business process outsourcing service provider, ensuring effective and efficient operations . A major contributor in our global HR transformation project, ensuring continuing of existing operations What You Bring . Strong experience in HR IT and Business Processes including shared services / HR BPO outsourcing operations, i.e. HR Administration, Payroll, HR query Management (Service Desk) . HR IT domain know-how - Workday HCM, ServiceNow desirable . Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset . Self-directed with an ability to organize, plan, prioritize . Outstanding communication skilss . Excellent organizational and time management skills . Self-motivated to drive initiatives through to completion as an individual contributor and through others . Ability to thrive in a global environment, working flexibly where required Degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration with HR or a combination of HR/IT About the Team In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function - Product Lifecycle Management is a lean, but truly global and diverse team of specialists with an open mindset.
