Regional HR Manager - 6 month contract

Human Resources APAC

The Regional HR Manager is a critical member of the leadership team. They will ensure interpretation, alignment and execution of the People Strategy. At the same time, they will deliver and promote best practice and operational excellence of HR across the business.

Role

The opportunity will oversee the accountability of the HR function for their business areas. They will act as an advocate of the wider function and leverage our Centres of Excellence and Business Services teams to meet strategic HR needs of the business, including but not limited to leading on Transformation, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition Strategy, Employee Value Proposition, Reward, Performance Management and Employee Relations.

Accountabilities

Execute JLL's people strategy and develop a people agenda that drives business outcomes aligned to South East Asia's key priorities.

Significant details as follows:

Business Partnering, Influencing - Provide HR perspective (including strategy, scope, process and impact) to business decisions. Partner with CEO and business leaders to influence, develop and integrate targeted people strategies based on situational analysis, to drive business objectives / goals and foster solid working relationships

Leadership and Engagement- Build and unlock leadership and management capability across South East Asia. Inspire HR team to do their best work everyday

Transformation / change management- Both the business & HR function at JLL is undergoing significant change on a global scale. Previous experience working in and leading a large-scale change projects would be advantageous.

A dynamic HR leader with people management and relationship building experience, with ability to collaborate cross-regionally

Track record as a trusted partner and someone who influences business leaders and strategic direction of the organization

Strong analytics, business and financial acumen

Ability to lead within a matrixed organisation i.e. comfort in managing and coaching teams with indirect reporting lines

Effectively manage demanding clients/business leaders and show courage to advocate his/her personal point of view

Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise, with a risk and compliance mind-set

High integrity and strong work ethic.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Human Resources

Minimum 3-5 years working in a Senior HR Business Partner role

Superior leadership skills, ability to empower, mentor and take the team to further success

Bachelor's degree with a major/minor or emphasis in HR or other relevant field is required

Professional qualification and/or advanced degree (Masters or above) is preferred.
