Regional HR Service Hub, Specialist – APAC, Middle East and Africa

We are currently looking for a Regional HR Service Hub Specialist based in Singapore as part of the newly established Human Resources Service Hub chartered to deliver quality services to our Employee and Manager in the Asia Pacific Middle East Africa markets. Reporting into the Regional HR Service Hub Lead, this role will perform employee life event transactions and provide generalist advice and guidance on employee matters to employees, HR business partners and managers from the region, in shift operations. This role will also be required to manage data, ensure quality and compliance services are delivered, and champion operation efficiency improvement projects. Your job
  • Provide first level HR generalist advice, guidance and support to HR and the business in all employee matters
  • Escalate case files to HR BPs or other HR representatives if exceptions to policy or special treatment is needed and report any outstanding HR process issue to HR Service Hub Lead
  • Support on-boarding
  • Support leave and absence processes for the specific locations
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of life events and status change transactions in the system, particularly in relation to hiring, leave management, exit management and retirement
  • Responsible for ensuring that SuccessFactors Employee Central is maintained and updated and producing all relevant SF reports as required
  • Ensure SOPs are updated with information on new HR services, practices, legislation, and regulations – for the HR Service Hub teams as well as for employees and managers
  • Support the promotion of standardized processes across business units and keep track of agreed SLAs
  • Collect HR compliance paperwork/documentation, perform related administration and digitize and store documentation
  • Support the monitoring of customer satisfaction and identify where problems exist/improvements can be made.
  • May own one or several regional HR processes, and may act as a coach for other HR Service Hub employees on those processes
Your profile
  • At least 2 years of work experience in general HR administration with an understanding of local HR practices and polices
  • English language proficiency, additional language proficiency (if required)
  • Strong customer focus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience working to service level agreements in a customer driven environment
  • Willing to work on shift hours based on APAC MEA time zone
  • Experience with HR Information System (SuccessFactors is preferred), and case management tools such as SharePoint, ServiceNow
