Monday - Friday/8.30 am - 5.45pm
Location: Central West
Salary: Up to $4,800
12 Months contract (renewable subjected to performance)
Key responsibilities:
Assist in the maintenance, and support of HR systems, including but not limited to the entire employee life cycle hosted on SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Preboarding, Learning Management System, Performance Evaluation, Compensation, Separation etc.).
Provide user support and troubleshoot system issues, escalating as necessary to senior analysts or external vendors for technical support.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and other departments to gather requirements for system enhancements and customizations.
Assist in data analysis and reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Participate in system testing and validation activities, including system upgrades and integrations.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
Prior experience in digital transformation / HR systems implementation would beans added advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Basic understanding of HR processes and terminology.
Prior experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors is a plus.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
