• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:45 pm (1 hr lunch break), (occasionally work after 6pm (for 1-2 hours), for settling cases/issues, report preparation, and to upgrade software/hardware systems) Kallang

Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Regional IT Manager holds responsibility for the efficient operation of company ERP IT systems and supporting our Customer Relationship Management and Warehouse Management System. Ensuring the security, reliability, and currency of our IT system is a crucial aspect of this role. The chosen candidate will oversee the implementation and maintenance of our company\'s internal and external IT requirements. Collaboration with the Sweden HQ on IT compliance and guidelines will be a key focus. This accomplished individual will drive digitalization within the organization group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for ERP IT support, encompassing CRM & WMS software.
• Oversee Information Technology and Computer Systems.
• Strategize, coordinate, control, and assess IT and electronic data operations.
• Guarantee the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
• Address any equipment or software malfunctions through troubleshooting, testing, and repair.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for the communication system.
• Verify that all equipment and installations meet safety codes, regulations, and standards.
• Identify and recommend new technologies aligned with the company\'s strategy to enhance overall IT functions.
• Ensure seamless daily IT operations and zero downtime for critical applications.
• Liaise with other departments to determine and address their IT needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate asset-related technologies seamlessly.
• Manage IT vendors/Managed services providers and regularly assess their performance. Contribute to the development of IT strategies that align with organizational strategies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
• Good knowledge on ERP IT system such as SAP, Oracle, Exact Globe or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as on-site IT Manager for a mid-size company
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and have a can-do attitude
• Result-oriented and able to work under stress.
• Able to work extended hours where needed
• Able to travel to support overseas offices and customers Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
