The CompanyOur real estate investment client is expanding in the region and is seeking for a hands-on IT Manager who is skilled in a wide breadth of scope in IT operations, including cybersecurity. This is an individual contributor role, covering a regional scope.

The RoleThe scope includes IT infrastructure, systems, applications, cloud, user management, vendor management, IT operations, with an emphasis on cybersecurity (risk, compliance, security assessments). Operating in a lean structure, this role offers high visibility and ability to work directly with the Operations Director and Managing Partners.

Your ProfileYou should possess a Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Computing, Information Systems, Security, etc. with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems, applications, cloud, user management, IT operations, vendor management and cybersecurity (more towards risk, compliance, security assessments and cybersecurity awareness). While our client is open to candidates from all industries, they have a strong preference to candidates from similar setting, in private equity, asset management, investment and financial services. They are looking for strategic thinkers who are hands-on, nimble, with good interpersonal skills. Regional experience are highly desirable.
