Bangkok, Singapore, Shanghai, Dubai, and London.
. This role ensures that IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital collaboration tools are consistently reliable, secure, and aligned with the firm's operational and creative needs.
The successful candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic oversight, managing both in-house systems and external vendors to deliver seamless IT support across regions.
Key Responsibilities

1. Regional IT Strategy & Governance
Develop and implement a unified IT strategy supporting business objectives and digital collaboration across studios.
Standardize IT policies, processes, and systems to ensure consistency in security, compliance, and user experience.
Regularly assess technology gaps and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency and digital workflow.
Partner with leadership on IT planning for new studios, expansions, or system upgrades.

2. Infrastructure & Systems Management
Oversee regional infrastructure including servers, network connectivity, storage, and backup systems.
Ensure stable and secure VPN connections between studios and remote teams.
Manage Google / Cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Zoho, Azure, Adobe, etc.) and ensure license compliance.
Support specialized design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe CC, SketchUp, Enscape, etc.) to ensure compatibility and performance.
Lead hardware and software procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management across regions.

3. Cybersecurity & Compliance
Establish and maintain cybersecurity frameworks across all studios.
Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, data breaches, and unauthorized access.
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations (PDPA, GDPR, etc.).
Conduct regular staff awareness sessions on IT security best practices.

4. IT Support & Service Delivery
Manage regional IT support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues.
Supervise local IT representatives or third-party vendors in each studio.
Develop and maintain IT service SLAs and reporting metrics for response and resolution times.
Build a strong "user-first" culture within IT service delivery.

5. Vendor & Contract Management
Oversee all regional IT vendors, including managed service providers, hardware suppliers, and software partners.
Negotiate contracts and monitor performance to ensure value, quality, and reliability.
Coordinate annual renewals for software subscriptions, security systems, and maintenance contracts.

6. Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare and manage the annual regional IT budget, including hardware, software, and service expenditures.
Track spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Support finance and operations teams with accurate forecasts for IT-related costs.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
8-12 years of progressive experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a
Cloud and server management (Microsoft 365, Azure, NAS)
Cybersecurity systems and protocols
Backup and disaster recovery planning
Proven track record managing remote teams or external IT service providers across multiple countries.
Experience supporting
creative, architectural, or design environments
is an advantage.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
