Regional It Support Executive

Job Description

Manage and monitor IT systems, networks, servers, and cloud environments Handle system updates, backups, security checks, and maintenance Supporting mobile devices, PC, servers and IO devices Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, and network issues Troubleshoot problems and coordinate with vendors when needed Respond to incidents, escalate when required, and help resolve recurring issues Keep system documentation and user guides up to date Support regional/global IT projects Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:



Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT or related field Min 4 years experience in IT operations/systems Experience with IT Service Management tools (E.g. Serviceware, Jira etc) is an advantage Experience with IT infrastructure including servers, networking, voice, cloud platforms, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, SQL) Experience with troubleshooting and supporting common business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, VPN, Active Directory, Sharepoint, Team) 2 Years Contract is renewable Travel overseas whenever required Location: Tai Seng Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8am-5pm) Salary: Up to $5500 Able to start work immediate or on short notice
