The Asia Pacific DMO (Digital Manufacturing Operations) regional leader is the senior leader for DMO in the Asia Pacific region, having accountability and responsibility for the DMO organizations at Singapore, Menuma, Japan and HEDA, China locations. The Asia Pacific DMO Regional Leader directly manages the DMO Site Leaders in the region, accountable for supporting those organizations and leaders in performance of their DMO responsibilities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities include:
Drive a high-performance organizational culture that accommodates rapid growth and highly dynamic expectations ensuring attainment of site operational and development goals in the region.
Provide a single point accountability to the Plant Managers in the AP region for issue escalation and strategic thought leadership.
Drive design and execution of the transition of the Singapore DMO organization into the DMO standard site structure in collaboration with the Singapore DMO Lead.
Liaise with Value Teams and broader IT to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and implemented, and sponsor technology adoption across the region to ensure value pull through on agreed business outcomes.
Ensure appropriate support to AP DMO site leads in manage their DMO site budgets to meet annual profit plan targets. Take a lead role in identifying and achieving cost savings on both capital and expense spend.
Work collaboratively to drive a safe, compliant and inclusive culture in the region.
Manage teams across geographies, ensuring effective communications and collaboration, including alignment back to the DMO and value team organizations in other regions.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
Education Requirement:
Bachelors Degree (Prefer Bachelor of Science) in Engineering, Science, Information Technology or Computer Science
Qualifications:
Knowledge of IT & Automation systems that support pharmaceutical manufacture (MES, LIMS etc), management and data capture systems and other analytics-based systems. Preferred experience and knowledge of DeltaV, Werum and Systek/Antares packaging technologies.
Knowledge of global health regulatory requirements and requirements that drive digital delivery, including 21-CFR-Part-11, Annex 11, Good Laboratory and Manufacturing practices, Computer Systems Validation, and other global regulatory requirements that impact computerized systems.
12+ years prior experience in Process Automation, Enterprise, Business, Information, Systems & Application and Solution Architectures.
Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (example: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt).
10+ years\' experience managing people, 5+ years\' experience managing managers.
