Description

This is a 2-year fixed term contract role with Siemens Energy. The location is Singapore and we will only consider candidates with full work rights in Singapore as we are not able to sponsor EP.

Your profile

  • Has 8 - 10 years of experience of working in different areas of HR, especially in the area of Leadership and Talent Management
  • Passionate about talent growth and flexible to contribute to different projects
  • Project management skills and knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Effective analytical capabilities and ability to translate business needs into systemic and practical solutions
  • Able to communicate with confidence and act on eye level with all levels of hierarchy
  • Customer-focused and experienced in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and keeping an open mind
  • Bold to speak up to challenge the status quo and able to persuade others
  • Proven application of organisational development drivers with experience in developing innovative, efficient and effective solutions
  • Passionate about discovering people growth needs and enabling their development
  • Fluent in English
  • Full work rights in Singapore
Your responsibilities
  • Drive and implement regional talent management programs within the regional organization to support continuous leadership and talent development, which encompass, identification, evaluation, development and retention of talents
  • Work with leadership team and HR to strengthen succession planning, talent development nomination processes
  • Regularly engage leadership team and business partners on capability building and talent pipeline
  • Maintain regional talent database regularly
  • Drive and implement strategies, policies and processes to strengthen the learning culture across the organisation
  • Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify business needs and leverage on the learning & talent development programs, frameworks and best practices to help individuals and teams excel
  • Identify opportunities for I&D policies and programs to support organizational development and strategy across the region
  • Collaborate with the regional I&D Council, leadership and HR team to develop, implement and monitor Inclusion and Diversity initiatives in alignment with Global I&D Strategy
  • Support Employee Experience and Culture endeavors as needed while working closely with the HR regional team
