Your Role Gensler is seeking a creative, motivated and highly collaborative individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. This position will be based in our Asia Pacific Middle East (APME) regional hub, Singapore. Reporting to our Regional Marketing Director (RMD), you will provide regional marketing and content development support to the region. In addition, you will be working hand in hand with the RMD with regards to digital content strategy and management. You will be successful because you are a skilled storyteller and can work in creative tools, including InDesign and Microsoft tools. You will be able to demonstrate strong writing skills and graphic design sensibilities and have impeccable organization and project management skills. You will join a team of like-minded content marketers with a passion and talent for telling Gensler best-of stories about the power of design. Special opportunities may exist for those who perform at exceptional levels within practice area strategy, leveraging writing, graphic design, and strategy. What You Will Do Regional Support Working under the direction of the regional marketing director and collaborating closely with the local office marketing team to write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with Gensler's brand standards, to help the firm win work on need basis. The support also includes coordinating business development activities, including researching incoming leads, following up and tracking their status, and developing new materials to support business development activities when the local market team is in need. Understanding Gensler's evolving portfolio of work, practice areas, firm capabilities, and service offerings. Regional Content Development Working with regional PA leaders and managing the development and creation of regional practice area POV marketing collaterals (non-direct pursuit related). Working with the regional CR leaders, supporting client/market research, analysis, and key accounts meetings preparations in the region (non-direct pursuit related) Partnering with business development champions and the marketing teams to strategize and co-create written and visual content, expressing our firm's point of view and differentiators in the marketplace. Creating and updating the regional and office company profiles and template. Digital Content Strategy and Management Coordinate the periodical review of office pages on the Gensler website and work with local marketing teams for updates on projects and people pages to align with office/regional strategic plans. Coordinate with the FW team for visual storytelling in APME. Work with the local marketing teams to establish and maintain a vendor pool for specific marketing projects (photography, videography, event, etc.). Work alongside marketing and PR team members to collaborate on a variety of campaigns/events. Lead social media strategy development, execution, and data analytics. Your Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a marketing position with a design or professional services firm Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design or related field Experience delivering significant marketing projects independently, coaching colleagues for presentations and working closely with Principals and other senior staff on marketing strategy and deliverables Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to craft a story in a compelling manner, including creating effective presentations and marketing collateral Strong interpersonal skills - a great collaborator Experience working directly with senior staff on business-critical projects with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills and an ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines Ability to work with diverse project teams in a fast-paced work environment A high degree of competency in InDesign is a must Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a plus Experience working withSalesforce or other CRM tools is a plus Experience in the A/E/C or property industry is a plus experience in an architecture or design firm is especially valuable Life at Gensler Gensler Asia-Pacific and Middle East is committed to through our Five Strategies.
