We capture these beliefs in our signature: "Empowering Imagination."We are currently seeking a Regional Learning & Development Manager to join our APAC Learning & Talent Team to drive and support the learning & development initiatives in APAC.Your opportunityThe Regional Learning & Development Manager will be part of a valued team member of Kering Corporate's APAC Learning & Talent Development Team and play a key role in creating and developing corporate learning & development strategies at regional level, designing, developing, updating, and managing regional and local L&D programs, and deploying global learning initiatives and projects in the region. The Regional L&D Manager will report to the Associate Director, Learning & Talent Development, and partner closely with a close-knit and collaborative team of Kering Corporate HRSS team in the region to drive the learning excellence in the region.How you will contributeYou will work closely with HR teams across Kering Corporate and Houses in the region or at HQ level, to drive and implement regional and local learning & development programs and initiatives, provide multi-brand learning solutions on managerial and leadership development topics, and provide tailored solutions based on business' needs. You will also work closely with group L&D team in Headquarter in order to provide regional input and support regional / local deployment on global activities, and ad-hoc L&D related projects. To design, develop, implement, and evaluate innovative corporate learning & development strategies and drive L&D programs across the region in coordination with HR teams across Kering Corporate and Houses in APAC. The L&D framework includes topics on softskills, managerial skills, and leadership development. The main L&D initiatives include: Conduct annual Learning Needs Analysis, design and develop regional Annual Learning Portfolio, drive the regional Mentoring Program to develop talented mentees through the support of mentors, and implement local Learning Programs. To roll out group-wide programs in APAC, such as "People Management Essential" program for first-time people manager, "Advanced Management Program" for experienced people manager", and "Performance management" training, etc. To promote new way of learning by leveraging different formats to engage learners, including Kering Learning (online learning platform), blended-learning approach for programs, K for K series (informal learning on topics related to professional functions in Kering Group, such as Merchandising, Retail Operations, IP knowledge, etc., presented by Kering Group internal speakers) To establish and streamline the L&D processes and guidelines to enhance operational efficiency. To identify learning and development needs from different channels and work with stakeholders to formulate solutions by offering multi-brand programs or tailored solutions. To provide end-to-end execution on local programs: vendor selection, training contents review, training scheduling, enrolment communication with HR, training communication with participants, pre-course analysis, end of course evaluation, recharge on course fee, manage attendance record, etc. To act as "internal consultant" on providing people & team development solutions for Lines of Business (LOB) To plan, manage and track learning budget. To manage training records, provide annual employee training report, and monitor the KPIs. To participate actively in the Global Kering Learning Community and effectively promote learning programs across Houses in the region to increase employee awareness and participation To undertake ad hoc HR related projectsKey Stakeholders Corporate L&D Team (Kering HQ) Kering regional Corporate HRSS team Global Learning Community (L&D / HR Development professionals from houses' HQ) Houses HR Community in the region Regional functional leaders Brands' local HR teamWho you are?As this is a new role, we are looking for an autonomous professional who can bring structure to empower the imagination of the team: High proficiency in English Bachelor Degree or above ideally in Human Resources Management or equivalent Minimum 10-year HR professional experience, where at least 5-year as a expert in Corporate Learning and Talent Development, within a fast paced, matrix managed MNC with regional scope Proven track record in the design, development and implementation of L&D programs with sound project management skill Solid influencing skills to manage stakeholders at different levels in the organization (from junior staff to senior executives) Proven experience in dealing with multi-cultural human resources programs Articulated and effective communicator with good presentation and analytical skills Energetic and passionate individual with growth mindset Proactive and mature with can-do attitude Require to travel regionally if and when necessaryWhy work with us?This is a fabulous opportunity to join the Kering adventure and and to actively contribute to the development of the business by becoming part of a thriving Atelier in a global Luxury Group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
