Job Description

• Position: Regional Logistics Supply Chain Executive - AT LEAST 1 year experience
• Location: Tai Seng
• Working hours: 5 Day work week - Office Hours
• Salary(Commensurate with experience): up to $3,800 + AWS + 2 months and ABOVE performance bonus + Medical fully covered by company + $150 dental per year + 15 to 21 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Machining Manufacturer in Singapore

Main Responsibilities:

• To prepare and review sales forecast and MRP planning monthly.
• To raise a Purchase Order on behalf of SSU.
• To follow up the Purchase Orders delivery schedule lead time with suppliers. On Time In Full concept.
• To ensure the Invoice, Packing List, shipping documents, etc match to our Purchase Order and with correct data.
• To ensure the delivery is arranged at the "right" schedule with the knowledge of stock readiness, documents preparation lead time, shipping lead time and destination port/custom clearance lead time.
• To liaise with respective SSU for on time Goods Receipt.
• To support the planner for Goods Receipt process for the company, warehousing issue, billing checking, trimming activities.
• To get a quote for import & export shipment.
• To update the Shipment Tracking / Monitoring file on time.
• To do some filing documents for some SSUs.
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• MUST KNOW how to do vlookup and pivot tables in MS Excel.
• Have at least basic background / experiences / education qualification of Supply Chain or Logistics (preferred 1-2 years experience).
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
