Job Description
:
- Manages the operation of station - ensure station branch & site follow company rules and regulation
- Ensure employees provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
- Handles and secure long term clients relationships with care
- Review and analyze employees performance and suggest improvement plans to coo
- Scout new business opportunities and monitor contract of outsource suppliers
- Reporting to coo and ensure completion of report to be submitted on time
- Resolved issues, conflicts and make immediate decisions
- Ensure that supplies, reports and schedules are coordinated with the staff in charge
- Accomplishes sales and mission by completing related results
- BS / Bachelor graduate or any 4 years related course
- At least 5 years managerial experience in Operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Computer literate
- Possesses strong leadership and organizational skills
- 10 hour shift
- Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
