We are looking for an outstanding Manager, Integrated Project Management - an omnichannel producer with a passion for using collaboration to produce world-class, transformative marketing for Pfizer.

To succeed, you will need to strive to be proactive and maintain a deep project management toolkit, and exercise excellent communication skills.


  • Formulate, organize, and monitor all inter-connected projects across Creative, Media, Production and Data, for 9 markets in Southeast Asia and India.
  • Lead client discussions on project plans to ensure client understands project flow and due dates needed to meet end goals.
  • Produce cost estimates, project schedules, resource plans and risk & change management plans, utilizing appropriate tools.
  • Setting up projects for success (right team, properly planned, client alignment).
  • Keeping clients and agency teams moving in the same direction.
  • Effectively handling risk, escalating when needed and assisting the team in resolution.
  • Contributing to the development of methodologies, and best practices to streamline processes and create efficiencies, and train team members when applicable.
  • Assume responsibility for the program\'s people and vendors, and continuously assess program performance.
  • Ensure agency and client stakeholders are kept appraised of program status.
Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of Program Management, Project Management, Marketing or related experience.
  • Mastery of small to mid-level projects across Creative, Media, Production and Data.
  • PMP and/or CSM Certification (or desire to get this) is a bonus.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel; Working knowledge of project management tools (i.e. JIRA, Basecamp, MS Project, etc) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong Digital experience; Pharma experience highly regarded.
  • Experience in working with large scale client businesses with multiple agency partners that are geographically dispersed across Asia.
