Design marketing strategies and drive the team to recruit students from Europe & Oceania
Lead the team to execute the agreed strategies for a specified market in order to achieve student targets established for the market
Ensure student target numbers are achieved through both direct and indirect recruitment channels
Manage the budget set for marketing within the country
Provide market intelligence to the reporting manager on marketing opportunities
To identify new business opportunities and explore untapped market opportunities for growth in the student recruitment including new markets, growth areas, trends or new was or reaching existing markets
Keeping abreast of latest trends and changes in the education sector
To identify new business opportunities and explore untapped market opportunities for growth in the student recruitment:
New markets growth and development
Expansion of agency network
Fostering of collaboration with university or corporate
To expand university\'s diversity through forging and growing the Study Abroad and Student Exchange through MOU establishment and enhancing students\' cultural awareness and learning experience
To support and work closely with Senior Manager International Management in the expansion of University Partnership and collaboration
Create opportunities for Transnational Education (TNE) through establishing strategic partnerships with potential universities in the region for 2+1 or 3+1 or dual program delivery opportunities etc.
Provide market intelligence to the senior management on market growth and recruitment opportunities
Provide regular performance reports to the reporting manager on:
Progress towards achievement of student targets
Agent performance
Revenue income on new student recruitment and university partnerships
Other emergent market issues and opportunities
To identify a platform in the region to showcase on Alumni\'s success stories
To work closely with Manager, Enrolment Marketing and Alumni engagement in planning and executing alumni engagement in the region through building and maintaining a database of alumni to feature in marketing collateral (such as Editorials, Advertorials and Parents\' Guide)
To plan a yearly alumni engagement gathering event in the region
Manage the operations of a recruitment team for a particular region
Ensure transparency in communication to achieve student targets
Work closely with the team in ensuring marketing expenditures are spent within the budget allocated
Ensure excellent EduTrust compliance
Ensure all documentation required by EduTrust and JCUS policy framework is completed and stored in an exemplary manner
Ensure all activities accord with the requirement of EduTrust, SQC and other Quality requirements
Seek to continuously improve the operation and performance of their teams and of the Recruitment and Partnerships team in general
Perform ad-hoc duties and/or other duties as assigned by the reporting officer
Selection criteria
Bachelor level degree with a Marketing major
Bilingual in both written and spoken English to effectively liaise with English speaking agents and students
5 years\' experience in education student recruitment and marketing
Well-developed skills in networking and building relationships
Strong leadership skills including the ability to motivate team members to maximize their work performance
Proficient in office programs, particularly in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
Team player with a strong commitment to a team approach
