About the role

This role is a unique opportunity to join our Treasury Premium Brands (TPB) division which includes iconic wine brands including 19 Crimes, Squealing Pig, Rawson's Retreat, Wynns and Pepperjack. Reporting into our GM Sales Asia, you will be responsible for the development and execution of business plans across SEA, GTR (Global Travel Retail) and On Premise to deliver sales and profit objectives.

  • Develop a strong team ethic and collective responsibility for delivering the plan across the sales teams and cross functionally
  • Building strategic customer partnerships that drive category growth for wine for TPB & key distributors across the region
  • Coordinate regional GTR strategy and execution across all markets to support overall TPB Asia priorities and create consistency and efficiency
  • Identify and work with key regional On Premise accounts to drive visibility and sales of core TPB brands
  • Optimise route to market with strategically aligned partners
About you

We are searching for an FMCG sales professional with expertise in managing large accounts across a range of channel. Bringing a passion for wine, you will be an accomplished negotiator and will have an innovative approach to challenge the status quo and ensure that we deliver to our business plans.
  • Leadership level sales experience in significant accounts within FMCG (preference for liquor/beverages)
  • Deep experience in managing a business strategy and its execution
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical and financially astute
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels and able to navigate through ambiguity
  • Leadership skills that enable you to develop your team to deliver high performance
  • Effective planning skills across short-, mid- and long-term planning cycles
