Job Description


This Role reports to our Regional Manager SEA, GTR and On Premise • TPB Sales Asia Sales , the key focus for the Sales Manager is to take ownership for the development and execution of business plans that deliver our volume and profit objectives across our key distributor and wholesale partners, along with key retail and on trade partners. The role manages the total market of Indochina (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and other duty free zones across South East Asia). Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

  • Help the Regional Manager to develop and execute country, channel and customer strategies, in line with the overall business strategy, regional business plans and targets and in collaboration with the wider cross functional teams.
  • Win the heart and soul of our distributors and customers by being present, by inspiring them on TPB, by giving support and by improving capability
  • Achieve agreed growth targets through effective leadership of sales and indirectly cross functional teams. Growth goals to be achieved in terms of key metrics including revenue, profit, depletions and distribution.
  • Work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders (finance, category, supply, brand) to proactively and positively address and prioritise opportunities. Role model Deliver Together DNA
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with TPB’s strategic customers and stakeholders across wine industry and organisations.
  • Develop and maintain strong level of knowledge and understanding of market trends and competitor activity to enable fast decisions to benefit TPB business.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred
  • Trade / Liquor knowledge
  • Ideally accredited Wine Education qualification Ideally accredited Beverage qualification
  • Extensive experience in defined territory, preferably in the alcohol industry, with proven team leadership skills, senior sales and account management experience.
  • Market knowledge and relationships with proven network highly valued
