Responsibilities : Develop, formulate, and implement sales & marketing strategies on residential properties to achieve Marketing & Sales targets and KPIs. Ensure established sales targets are met and maintain efficient budget expenditure/ planning. Manage and execute all marketing events and programmes. Attend to sales enquiries and conduct sales presentations. Requirements : Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Diploma, Professional Degree in Real Estate Management/ Business Studies/ Marketing or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in regional real estate sales and marketing, particularly residentia experience dealing in United Kingdom (UK) and Australian properties targeting buyers from Singapore, People Republic of China (PRC) and other regional cities. Candidate should have good understanding of property markets, trends, and pricings, have good business acumen and be financially literate. Good network with agency and distribution network. Candidates with commercial real estate brokerage backgrounds will have an added advantage. Good track record in implementing innovative marketing strategies. Independent, self-motivated and achievement driven. Ability to travel/ work on weekends and holidays is essential.
