Associate Director, Regional Marketing APACA Newly Created opportunity to work on the Launch of two best in class products from this well known international pharmaceutical lab - whilst leading the defense of a high visibility and world renowned portfolioThis role is highly focused on the HCP network for a world class product portfolio - in line and defending an aggressive market share - you will require an extensive pure play HCP marketing and competitive and launch Excellence experience and seasoned regional leadership skillsYour capability to lead the launch of two Best in Class products will demonstrate seasoned marketer experience in an above country role to handle the level of complexity experienced around managing launch of this scaleMarket Engagement:Collaborate closely with local teams in priority markets as well as regional teams to ensure alignment with the global brand strategy.Prepare markets for anticipated competition by participating in competitive simulation workshops and implementing commercial strategies to defend against competition.Support Launch Readiness and Execution:Work with the team to drive standardization of launch plans across key Company markets and regions.Provide support to the market/regions in the development of launch plans and go-to-market strategy.Foster strong alignment across regional and local cross-functional teams, driving uptake of the products and partnership with key stakeholders.Collaborate with key markets and regions to ensure all commercial activities necessary for the successful launch and full potential of the pipeline are in place and well tracked.Forge deep relationships across the enterprise and become a well-respected partner within the commercial organization, collaborating closely with collaborating business units, global teams, Company stakeholders, and key markets.Embrace new ways of working, including Agile methodologies and collaboration technologies, while integrating analytics into decision making.Exemplify a positive mindset and behavior, serving as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.Demonstrated collaboration and critical thinking skills, including the ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-divisionally.Expertise in launching new vaccines and experience in using analytics to measure and optimize launch excellence.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to work.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, with a bias towards speed and agility.#LI-PK1
