BRIEF DESCRIPTION

This role is expected to support the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and collaterals that align with marketing strategies and goals of the company. He/She is required to work cross and inter-department to create multimedia materials for the region/various countries that enhances communication amongst all stakeholders.

KEY DELIVERABLES

• Create clear and compelling messaging that best embodies and represents company\xe2\x80\x99s branding and services

• Contribute to the creative output and delivery of multimedia collaterals \xe2\x80\x93 PowerPoint, Video, EDM, etc

• Support market research and generation of marketing-related reports

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Supporting role to the Marketing Manager, ensuring that projects are aligned with the brand strategy

• Conceptualization and execution of plans, initiatives and events in line with the company\xe2\x80\x99s business plans and brand strategies

• Working closely with other departments to contribute to strategy formulation and communication \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other administrative tasks assigned by immediate superiors and management

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Marketing/Management diploma or degree in related field

Experience: 1 year of working experience preferred

Skill Sets :

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Skilled in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects

• Strong in multimedia content creation with photography and videography skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to a variety of audience

• Capable to work independently to manage multiple initiatives and projects. simultaneously, exercising independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
