Develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader. Identify megatrends and emerging market/customer needs that will drive new business development and new product development efforts. Assessing and analysing market, customer, geography and competitor to define where to play'. Provide insights based on validated market information to define how to play'. Develop and implement market strategies/plans to grow new business, and to protect and develop existing business. Translate market requirements into marketing strategy, develop market initiatives and facilitate strategic options with business & commercial team. Collaborate with business and technical team to translate customer needs into product requirements and build long term product roadmap. Partner closely with integrated team of business directors, business development managers, segment managers, sales managers and technical managers to articulate & implement market plans. Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for key businesses. Conceptualise marketing communication strategies for product launches with content team based on insights and optimize product mix to ensure max profitability Oversee the creation and delivery of press releases and other marketing collaterals. Responsible for new product sales forecast and pricing which is in-line with the growth ambition of the brand in the future Plan, manage and execute digital strategy and work closely with the digital regional team and digital agency Build brand PR strategy while ensuring brand message and product positioning Lead the customer acquisition strategies and implementation Conduct customer research to proactively identify trends and other relevant business insights Work with media for PR coverage for key events. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields is required Experience in B2B/B2C set up Strong in business acumen and able to take on new challenges. Detailed-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
