about 21 hours ago I am looking for a Regional Marketing Manager for a global Biopharma business focusing on VN, MY & PH. You will take responsibility for a $2billion portfolio that they are looking to grow via a large number of new product launches. This role will look to influence the distribution partners in the region, they have a unique model where they want to be known as the high-end expensive product so they will need you to help brand them as luxury drugs.

They don\'t believe in the old school distributor model, they aren\'t looking for a KPI reviewer and stick waver but an influencer who can encourage the best out of people across the region.

The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with the Commercial Lead to develop a strategic plan to boost Southeast Asia Partner Markets\' business growth.
• Building and managing strong business relationships with partners to achieve mutually agreed-upon business outcomes, which may require travel to different countries for meetings with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Lead new product launches in Partner Markets in alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

In order to be successful, the Regional Marketing Manager will be/have:

• Degree Qualified
• Relevant Sales & Marketing Experience
• Experience in managing partners in South-East Asia markets. Ability to influence & lead project teams.
