We are seeking a skilled individual to lead the execution of Zenyum\'s omni-channel strategy. This role involves taking ownership and driving marketing efficiency while improving return on advertising spend.
Based in Singapore HQ, you\'ll have the exciting opportunity to implement world-class marketing strategies that will help Zenyum become the most beloved Smile Cosmetics brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive, integrated marketing plans across all channels (digital, social, email, PR, and partnerships etc.) that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the rest of HQ on a consistent basis to evaluate and optimise an integrated marketing plan across owned, earned, paid and shared channels, that includes strategies to improve user journeys and messaging.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals and channel leads.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and BAU initiatives.
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, and report on ROI.
- Roll out omni-channel campaigns from conception to post campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with local team and regional channel experts to ensure the continuous operation of our growth engines, while directing potential audiences towards becoming valuable customers.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and using data to inform marketing decisions.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing concepts and experience developing and executing integrated marketing plans.
- Experience managing a team of marketing professionals, with a track record of successfully developing and mentoring team members.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
