Develop a prioritization framework based on KPIs, objectives, and past ROI data, in collaboration with the business units and regional teams.
Create a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with growth objectives.
Oversee the implementation of best practice digital marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop an annual marketing activity calendar, reflecting the prioritized initiatives and goals derived from the strategy.
Translate the activity calendar into actionable deliverables, working closely with the marketing delivery teams.
Prioritize and support the delivery of assets, collateral, and campaigns in alignment with strategic importance, commercial value, and capacity planning.
Coordinate with other delivery teams and external suppliers involved in various marketing initiatives.
Evaluate marketing strategy and KPIs to ensure effective prioritization and future planning.
Prepare and present monthly performance reports, demonstrating achievement against established KPIs.
Collaborate with the central marketing team to establish and manage budgets for marketing initiatives.
Provide regular activity reports to track progress, ensuring strategic objectives are met within set timelines and budgets.
Utilize marketing services delivery teams\' offerings, such as digital advertising, lead generation, content generation, social media, print, PR, trade shows and events, direct mail, and sales enablement, to build a sales pipeline for the business unit\'s products and services.
Requirements:
5+ years of marketing experience in the APAC region.
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Ability to develop global and regional marketing strategies aligned with business KPIs.
Experience in briefing and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid media, owned social, email, content, print, and PR.

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Demonstrated experience managing budgets and handling multiple projects.
Understanding of financial analysis and ROI calculations to inform marketing strategies and prioritize initiatives.
Digital marketing experience is advantageous.
Experience on both the business and agency sides is a plus.
Prior experience in financial services marketing preferred.
Project management skills are beneficial.
