Job Description


The Regional Marketing Manager is the key responsible person to develop business plan to market biological solutions for the commercial agricultural applications. Growing revenue and regional market presence through marketing and managing regulatory compliance. Builds market position by locating, developing, and meeting growth goals. We seek a result-oriented professional who will develop and implement business plan, build, and nurture relationships with various executive-level stakeholders, and participate activities of marketing, sales, and technical support to reach objectives and revenue. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop business plan to roll out and market the company\xe2\x80\x99s bio-solutions to the APAC region for commercial agriculture, including but not limited to rice and other major cash crops.
  • Strategizing and developing business plans for branding, marketing and sales/ distribution of food and nutraceutical products.
  • Strategize market entry and manage regulatory compliance for each territory.
  • Strategizing and developing business plans for branding, marketing and sales/ distribution of food and nutraceutical products.
  • Manage the Social activations, including boosting of campaigns and content with the platforms to maximise reach and engagement
  • Prioritize market segment development activities to align revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify potential industry and distribution partners to roll out field trials.
  • Managing business progress, budget, and investment to grow each territory.
  • Applying agronomic experience to develop holistic IPM solutions for customers.
  • Monitor market development activities to align with company business goals.
  • Prioritize market segment development activities and set revenue targets.
  • Promote product market recognition with technical knowledge and market research/intelligence.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Support all areas of transaction implementation including research, opportunity evaluation, due diligence, and documentation.
  • Prioritize market segment development activities to align revenue and growth targets.
Others
  • Other duties as and when assigned by HOD/Management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent qualifications, with preference for Business, Marketing, Communications or it\'s equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in combined sales, marketing, business development, and/or field experience in Agriculture and Agriculture inputs.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience and network in agriculture industry preferred
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • This position is required to travel to Vietnam.
  • Short-listed candidates will be invited to visit our labs, farms, factories and offices in Vietnam.
