We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to be responsible for defining the Marketing Strategy and Long Term Vision for the Brand on a central level. The Marketing Manager must be able to lead, engage and inspire the brand team to develop excellent brand strategies and plans, innovation pipelines, and brand communications that help markets to grow the brand to its full potential.

A day in the life of...

  • Develop Brand/Portfolio Strategy: Analyze business and consumer trends, identify key issues facing your business and develop innovative long term brand strategy and plan. Demonstrate consumer insight/strategic brand building capability and ability to connect dots between insights and effective commercial plans. Deliver and manage the brand P&L with focus on long term mix and CMC with cluster approach.
  • Deliver Growth Through Innovation & Rennovation: Define the innovation strategy for the brand based on consumer insights and market trends & needs. Identify new, innovative ideas to drive brand growth. Lead the team from developing a strong pipeline to packaging design and a flawless and timely launch & execution in the markets. Demonstrate vision and leadership in building of Long Term I&R Pipeline and aligning with (senior) stakeholders.
  • Build &Communicate Brands: Lead the brand communication team in developing communication strategy and create centrally developed assets in line with strategy and suitable for the needs of different markets. Develop strong relationship with agencies to ensure high quality work through efficient processes.
  • Local market development: Work together with local marketing managers to optimize brand performance and monitor and align local plans according to Roadmap/Portfolio priorities.
  • Lead to Win: Build capability & Competence: Develop, coach and manage direct reports across two locations. Manage and lead internal and external relations and all key / senior brand stakeholders (GSBU / MLT/ SLT / local MM)
  • Transversal projects: Lead various transversal or cross-brand projects together with peers and brand director beyond the scope of the brand team.
What will make you successful...

Minimum 8 years experience in Brand/Product/Marketing Management, of which at least 3 years in a local market environment.

Cross functional GD experience is a recommended.

Experience in leading cross functional teams.

End-to-End I2L Project Management.
