Job Description

• Working Hour: Mon-Fri - 9am-530pm
• Working Location: Tampines
• Salary: $8500 to $10000

Job Responsibilities

Regional role, covering SEA, ANZ and IND

• Support alignment to implement strategies, metrics and tactics at a regional level
• Support and coordinate alignment of the 3 regions marketing messages with global guidelines
• Create and manage the communication platform for exchanging information
• Support the new opportunities investigations.
• New categories of products: Lab, Digital, Emerging Market
• New channels: Corporate Business, Government, e-Commerce

• Analyse sales per product, per country and contribute to determination of root causes for non-achievement and strategies to adopt
• Contribute to Market Intelligence improvement (search for market data, compilation, Keystone data analysis)
• Assist Reporting Manager on monthly reports (NP and FP, Monthly, President)
• Coordinate logistics of various events (Business reviews, Opinion Leader tours, IDEM)
• Support Deming document preparation

Specific SEA

• Contribute to Marketing projects
• Cascade down the New Product launches in the SEA countries
• Follow up on actual launch dates (registration, dealer order)
• Coordinate multi-channels campaigns

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis on existing and new products
• Build and maintain master files with cost prices, dealer prices, SRP before promo, SRP after promo
• Analyse data from the SEA CRM
• Time spent on classic products (easy to push) vs new or innovative products (need explanation, demo)

• Track and analyse SEA workshop activities
