ABOUT THIS ROLE
We\'re looking for a Regional MarTech & CRM Lead to join our team. Our ideal team member will strive to keep customer relations at the forefront, using our customer data and MarTech stack to build marketing strategies to support the business objectives of customer acquisition and retention. You will lead the forward thinking strategy of how MarTech and CRM fits in the bigger picture of the organisation. You\'ll be working with different departments to determine key targets, financial goals, and business goals.
To be successful in this position, you should have solid experience with MarTech & CRM solutions and KPI metrics. You should also be able to identify new opportunities and proactively address customer concerns as a hands on contributor whenever needed.
Reporting to Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for overall CRM strategy, operating with scalability with optimal efficiency, collaborating with the local markets to ensure successful use of CRM as a channel that can impact business outcomes.
He/she will lead the MarTech & CRM team to implement automated and ad hoc omnichannel campaign journeys to strengthen user engagement. This role is cross-functional, working closely with stakeholders such as the creative team, copywriters, and marketing.
This role will also oversee and manage a team of web developers that support digital marketing efforts on our marketing websites.
This is a group-level role which is based in Singapore.
