Job Description

The Regional Master Data Specialist will be the central connection between the Product Company/Global Parts Preparation Teams and the Customer Centers in the parts set up process to ensure clean, efficient flow of parts and consumables available to sell. The Regional Master Data Specialist will work alongside the Regional Sourcing teams for collaborative data management while following/establishing best practices to provide Added Value to clients in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner to ensure a positive customer experience and enhance the overall level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, this position should also act as a Subject Matter Expert and facilitate training, guide and support to the regional user teams.

s :

• Responsible for Maintenance of TLD and PSD items at the RDC and LDC warehouses following the global standards with required information i.e. strategic Distribution Settings based on Epiroc Supply Model, update warehouses, item status, HS Codes, Country of origin, etc.
• Processing of TLD and PSD item master data including creation, maintenance, and deactivation
• Entities to support will be Regional and Local Distribution Centers
• Prepare standard forms for massive upload of correct data into the systems
• Ensure that CC provides SCX organization with enough master data details about TLD and PSD local items agreed in SCX to be distributed through the RDC or LDC
• Results according to Key Performance Indicators (KPI\'s), and corporate policy for master data in ERP system
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of data
• Communicate with the Product Companies and Global Parts Preparation teams when info is missing
• Coordinate with the Regional and Global Sourcing teams to ensure complete item master readiness for sale
• Coordinate with Global Trade Compliance and Global Supply Chain teams for regional item master conformance
• Guide, support and follow-up with Customer Center Resources administrating the Customer Center Item Master Data
• Dotted line reporting structure to the Global Master Data Governance Manager
• Participate in improvement and optimization projects
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and special tasks, as assigned
• Act on behalf of peer group members in their absence as and when called upon to do so either by design or circumstance
• Comply with the organization\'s people management, environmental, health & safety, recycling, sustainability efforts and quality assurance policies and standards
• Additional duties relevant for the function in the region/sub-region/country may occur

Education & Experience :

• BS in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience

• Fundamental understanding of Epiroc\'s parts and consumables distribution channels and the relevance of the foundational data
• Master Data work experience in Epiroc is a strong advantage
• Experience working in M3 preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
