Grab Financial Group (GFG) is a leading Southeast Asian fintech platform which aims to meet their needs by providing simple, transparent, and flexible financial products. You will be part of the Regional GFG marketing team which is responsible for the growth of BNPX (GrabPay & PayLater by Grab), merchant lending, and investment across Southeast Asia. About the Assignment: If you are intrigued by the world of Fintech, appreciate both art and science of marketing, and have a keen eye for detail, come and join the Regional GFG marketing team! In this role, you will support marketing strategies & campaign executions for Grab’s innovative payment and lending products to merchants across Southeast Asia. You’ll work closely with performance marketing, creative, sales and other cross functional teams, to deliver high impact initiatives that accelerate adoption of our products across enterprise and SMB segments. Main responsibilities include: Payments: Drive pipeline acceleration and product adoption with new to Grab enterprises, supporting delivery of initiatives such as thought leadership content, sales enablement assets, lead generation campaigns, and events including webinars and networking sessions. This will involve constant experimentation, measurement and analysis to continuously improve content, events and campaign performance. You will need to be detail oriented to ensure execution excellence and accuracy of analysis, and be proactive in identifying new ways of growing the business. Lending: Drive cross selling efforts to accelerate product adoption with existing Grab SMBs, supporting delivery of initiatives such as the launch of new programs in-market and creative toolkits. This will involve a high degree of stakeholder engagement, project management and attention to detail to ensure that initiatives are delivered well and according to timelines.
The Core Objectives:

  • Launch new initiatives, refine and scale across the region
  • Refine campaign visuals and messaging on a regular basis
  • Operational support and other ad-hoc activities
Essential Experience / Criteria:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • ~1-3 years of relevant marketing experience, including digital marketing, campaign management, and creative development
  • Attention to detail, strives for delivery excellence
  • Self-starter, resourceful, solutions oriented
Desirable Experience / Criteria:

  • Track record of strong business performance in fast growing Fintech / eCommerce companies in a marketing or product function will be advantageous
  • Familiarity with Photoshop is a plus
  • Experience working in complex matrix environments is a plus
  • Copywriting is good to have

Location & Duration of the Assignment (in Weeks or Months):

Singapore - 12 months
