Job Description

• Responsible for all daily activities for Maintenance and interment under his/her cluster at any given time.
• Regularly inspects connection of utilities.
• Monitor preventive maintenance systems for all equipment assets including mechanical, electrical and irrigation systems under his/her cluster.

• Approve recommendation for all necessary material for operations within budgetary guidelines using approved vendors.
• Monitor and approve fuel budget .

• Review and monitor all employee accomplishments based on work assignments per day.
• Identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Agriculture, or its equivalent
• At least 3 years work of experience in Park Maintenance and Interment is an advantage
• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• Must have the ability to communicate and coordinate to a broad range of people internally and externally to understand and deliver the client's needs
• Willing to undergo extensive training in all aspects of Park Maintenance and Interment
• Must possess leadership qualities to be able to command, work with and communicate with people working under his responsibility.
• Must be willing to travel along Mindanao to visit the cluster sites
• With a valid driver's license
